  Rosie claims to be a railroad tax professional. Even though she's done the taxes of railroaders for many years it doesn't mean she knows ANYTHING about railroading. Just in Kansas City alone there are 5 class one railroads. Ever single one of them make different money and every single craft in each one makes different money. She does taxes to benefit herself and not the customer. In railroading everything and everyone is different however at Rosie's she just plugs in all sorts of generic numbers she has "figured" out over the years and it screws us. She wouldn't deduct my railroad grips, my watch, my job insurance, my cell phone, my home internet, etc.. and don't even get me started on her quarter days. Yes quarter days are the most accurate, however they also get you the least amount of money back. To follow along with that, only federal government workers HAVE to use quarter days. So that right there is ripping hundreds of dollars away from returns. Not to mention how many many many people have been talking lately and so now they have asked her more questions and Rosie herself is giving lots of attitude and very little attention to each customer that comes in. This is all just a big case of someone caught in old ways that only cares about themselves. Went once and will never return.
